Review of Sunila's Ladies Tailoring

5.0
People always need new clothes, especially for festivals, and keep the tailoring business in Suva going.

Sunila Wati, of Sunila Tailors in Cumming Street, Suva, said there was a slight decrease in customers but it had not affected them.

She said business had been steady the past few months.

"People always get clothes sewn, even the ones they buy from the shops," she said.

Ms Wati said their business depended on different festivals and seasons.

"In the past month, we were busy with Indian clothing which people were getting for Diwali and now we will be getting ready to sew sulu and dresses for Christmas," she said.

She said they always had sari blouses to sew as weddings took place all around the year.

Ms Wati, who specializes in women's clothing, said it had been 30 years since she started sewing on a small scale.

"I started at home and as customers grew, I decided to open up a shop," she said.

Ms Wati also sews school uniforms and party dresses.

She employs four workers and has Conditioned tailoring shop for customers comfort.
