Terrible experience with Abis. No customer service after hours although they say we are open 24/7. I was promised a new car during the time of booking was a used car was delivered. I did make a complain & was told to bring the car for a swap the next day. When I arrived at their office the next day they were closed. I left several messages but still no answer.
Customers be aware if you are hiring a car from them. There are few are rental car hire available just around the corner from Abis.
I will NEVER hire a car again from Abis.
