Racist Recruitment
The recruiting of workers in Nadi is pathetic because it is not done on merit but on favouritism and racial preference. Job applications are not acknowledged and right person for the job are left out hence the advertisement of same position every two months. The indian lady responsible for this is taking company vacancy and posting on her personal facebook account where she selectively choose her own preferred candidates. If the company need to be successful then it have to select right people for the job.
