Reviews of Northern Buses - Labasa

I'm very annoyed with the service provided by the Nothern buses ltd here in labasa. I'm working in FSC and also new in labasa. I travel by the bus that leaves the bus stand at 6.30am as we start at 7am. Most of the morning when tendering fare the driver has the issues of change. According to him he doesn't have change for $10 or even $5 and recommends us to get the change from else where. It has happened to me and noticed with other passengers. What does he mean we go and buy thing we don't even need for the change? What kind of customer service is this? inefficient. Hope administrators will consider on these and provide drivers with sufficient change esp. for $10 and $5. This is very annoying early in the morning as we seek transportation and the type of service that is provided.
