7am school bus the middle age Indo Fijian driver shouted at my children for them to use they own bus card which was short n Indo Fijian girl which m looking after, school at All Saint tap her card to help them to reach at All Saint n they will tap they own card from there,my two sons they school at Bulileka Primary, one is in year 4 n 3 they catches 4 buses in a day,we already talked together in the morning before they left to school,the problem is the driver why he have to shouted at them when the bus is full of school children, they feel scare every morning to catch the same school bus,so we have to catch another bus which make them late to school because they use to miss their school bus that make them to reach to school on time, the problem is the driver saw this itaukei boys n the Indo Fijian girl tap the card for them, what is this raceses but the driver don't know that this two itaukei giving roof n support for this two Indo Fijian sister's, so please talk to the driver before I call they father is a New Zealander n complain about ur driver or I will take it more further, because they really scared from the day the driver gave them a held of blust.please do reply n look into this as soon as it possible, ******** my contact.Vinaka.

hi goodafternoon i m a regular traveler by pramod buses (Raranikawi bus) as its rainy time passengers hv difficulty in seeing the road well we all have travelled by bus and have noticed this issue actually i have seen the above mentioned bus driver does not have any courtesy today on our way a student rang the bell just mters from his home and it was raining heavily the driver got really angry and he scolded that boy well what kind of rule is that??? everyone makes mistake and this is not the 1st time i have noticed this the driver is quite rude with the passengers actually when a driver scolds some1 in the bus its a shameful act the passenger feels embrassed we all have different level of capacity in our brain and we act according to our knowledge drivers are there to guide not to scold and embrass anyone , anyone can make mistake in this heavy rain weather i do hope to see a change in the servics that is provided especially by raranikawi bus and i would like to thank that other pramod buses have excellent customer service drivers thank you
