UPS - United Parcel Service - Nadi

This service is by the worst courier services that I have used. They tend to give incorrect information on the status of the parcel. There was one occasion when I called to check on the Status of the courier, I was informed that it has been sent to me, however, later on, I was informed that there is a hold by customs. I have been following up for past few days and none of the staffs are able to provide correct information on the status of the parcel. Some of the staffs even tend to lie to you over the phone on the status without actually checking it. This is has happened to me several times. In order to attain your own packages, you have to constantly follow up with them for days or weeks before you receive your item.
