Ba Provincial Holdings Co Ltd - Lautoka

The Ba Provincial Holding Co Ltd was established as a private company in 1995 by the Ba Provincial Council, the administrative arm of one of the fourteen provinces in Fiji. Provincial Councils are incorporated under the Taukei Affairs Act to administer the socio-economic development of the iTaukei.

Ba Provincial Holding Company Limited is a Public Company registered in the Fiji Islands under the Companies Act of the Fiji Government.

Initially, the company was owes its beginnings to the late Ratu Josaia Tavaiqia whom envisioned that a commercial entity be a driving force for the Ba Province, its People and its Leaders.
